- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great group off employees. Excellent customer service. I shipped a $5000 dollar item, some replaceable parts were damaged during shipping. The owner pf the spore had the refund for the cost of the parts within 1 hour. I was very impressed. Thank you guys so much. One less headache to deal with. Keep in mind that this type of store will have young employees that are still working on their communication skills. Mature adults should be able to keep their emotions in check and not get upset so easily. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The clerk Eli Riley was professional and very patient with me. I just has foot surgery and he showed great empathy to this old lady. It was end of day as well and I am sure he wanted to go home but did not rushed me. He printed the documents for me and notarized any and all pages. Don't believe that great customer service is dead.
